Customer Liability Disclaimer & Booking Agreement
By booking grooming services with Spot Pet Care, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that grooming services inherently carry some risk of stress or minor injury to your pet, and that Spot Pet Care takes all reasonable precautions to minimize this risk.
Limitation of Liability: Spot Pet Care is not liable for any injury, illness, veterinary costs, or adverse reactions arising from grooming services, including those related to pre-existing or undisclosed health conditions.
Health Disclosure: You confirm your pet is in suitable health for grooming and agree to disclose any known medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or history of aggression prior to your appointment.
Emergency Care: In the event of a medical emergency, Spot Pet Care may seek veterinary care on behalf of your pet. You assume full financial responsibility for any emergency treatment costs incurred.
Matting & Coat: Spot Pet Care is not liable for changes in coat appearance resulting from de-matting, shaving, or other procedures required for your pet's safety and comfort.
Right to Refuse: Spot Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or stop grooming services at any time if our staff determines it is in the best interest of your pet's wellbeing or our team's safety.
